FAQs

A fit-out project is where we are employed to go and fit-out a new property which has been formed as a building but never been created internally. A refurbishment project is where the building is existing and has been used and requires to be stripped out and then fitted out

We work regularly with both landlords and tenants on refurbishment projects, from the simple refurbishments to the more complex fit-outs.

We work a variety of projects from glazing only projects at £5k to multi-trade interiors at £2M plus.

No we are a multi-trade fit out and refurbishment contractor, but we work with both design and surveying firms regularly, if you are looking for a recommendation or advice please get in touch.

The commercial team, contracts management, site management and joinery labour are all Worksmart employees. We operate as a Principal Contractor or Main Contractor and sub-contract other trades as required to our approved supply chain.

Absolutely we are fully committed to developing both young and modern apprentices.
